What a view from the campus! It's at the very least inspiring. Isn't it great to see Swansea out of the window and even walk on its shores which is a couple of minutes from the campus buildings? Studying and being and around the campus is such a pleasure. If you want more information about the programs, let me know.

This is one of the best student residential facilities in the country. It is unlike any other campus you may have visited. Situated on the beach front this is more like a holiday camp than a student halls of residence

Onsite the students have everything they need for living away from home (Bank, Store, Cafes, pub and much more). If you do need anything else then a bus runs into Swansea every 15 minutes.

We provide University student transfers to / from Heathrow airport or London. Our service is popular among students and parents alike due to student discount, Covid safe - reliable private transfers. Students get picked up and drop off in front of Tesco express store. Drivers like this location due to easy access to pickup/ drop off point and to M4. According to drivers, students are feeling safe and happy how the Swansea university handled covid pandemic.

to people who are planning to live here.

there is really limited choice of restaurant in the campus, and the signal of the phone is weak inside the room.
also it is necessary to take a bus if u need to go to town, or u will end up walking 1hour

Living on campus is basically a scam, they lie to you and tell you it is a necessary part of the student experience and then sell you a cupboard sized room for 140-150 pounds per week, knowing you have so little knowledge of the city that you barely have any other options.

Most of the time you get put in a flat with inconsiderate individuals, and even if they are tolerable you are being paired with 10 random people, the chances you'll live the fantasy of loving each of them and being friends forever is slim, you will have more in common with people on your course and in societies.

The only benefit is being 2 minutes from lectures, but that leads into the fact you're on bay campus and being 2 minutes away from lectures means being 40 minutes away from everything meaningful in town since there's no good shops on campus - the campus Tesco is tiny and barren, not to mention more expensive than a big Tesco's.

Don't buy into it, get some private accommodation.
