Attentive landlords and superior to the other agencies I have used in Aberystwyth. They looked after us well having fitted a brand new kitchen prior to our move in date. The flat was, to quote, "the best student flat in Aberystwyth" and was everything we could have hoped for and more. Below was the view from the garden which is clearly stunning.

Aberletting is a friendly, helpful and accommodating landlord; the best in Aberystwyth!
My friend and I rented a 2-bedroom apartment from Aberletting for two years (2020 - 2022). In the earlier months of 2020, we came down to Aberystwyth to look for a place to live whilst we studied at the university. All of the landlords I visited that day were nowhere near as friendly as Aberletting, specifically Charlotte.
The apartment we stayed in was clean and faultless. They have beautiful modern furnished apartments along North Parade which both of our parents' described as "perfect holiday homes".
I think our biggest ever issue was the light in the lounge stopped working and on another occasion the light in the kitchen stopped working, but both of those were fixed early the next morning by Mike (the maintenance guy).
We hope to be able to return to Aberletting for my final year at the university (as I am doing a year abroad soon) as our experience with them has been amazing.
In conclusion, I would highly recommend Aberletting to any students studying at the university.

Rented with Aberletting for 3 years, great apartment and exceptional care on the side of the landlord to make sure everything is always ok. Handyman was always available and came on the day or the next day after a problem was reported. All in all great service.

Lovely letting company! Staff are wonderful. Very attentive and responive to all of my enquiries and overall really helpful. Loved the 2 years I was with them!

Really great letting agency. Was with them for two years and would look to them first for letting in Aber. Friendly and dealt with any issues well and quickly. Solid 5 stars.

Having heard some horror stories about landlords I was a little nervous about renting but Aberletting have been absolutely superb from start to finish.
All staff are friendly and approachable about any problems which were always sorted promptly. When our hob stopped working 3 days before Christmas this was replaced within 24 hours with absolutely no stress.
Lotty couldn't have been more helpful when we needed to end our tenancy early and I would definitely recommend Aberletting to anyone looking to rent in the area.

Aberletting has been a pleasure to rent from!
I was initially supposed to live in a different flat with Aberletting, but due to unforeseen circumstances I was without a flat mate and had to find a 1-bed for myself. Charlotte was quick to help me out with a new flat even when it was April and most places had been let out.
The flat was modern and in top standard, with a lot of space for one person. Aberletting was very quick to sort out anything that needed to be fixed. Very professional and accommodating!
I would highly recommend Aberletting to anyone looking to let in Aberystwyth!

Me and my partner shared a lovely studio flat in gerrdi gwalia for 2 years. The property is gorgeous, and very secure as there is a great security system in place.
We found the location of the property great in gerrdi gwalia as its in town and about a 4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop for going to the university which was very handy. Overall the flat was amazing and we have loved every moment of living there. I would 100% recommened properties from Aberletting.
The Aberletting team have also been fantastic during our stay at the flat. We were first shown around our flat by Lotty who was so friendly and answered all our questions about the flat. Anytime we needed any help during our time here she was just an email away willing to help us. When we needed something fixed it always got fixed quickly. She is great and has also been very fair with the deposit.
I cannot recommened aberletting enough as they have been great to us and a pleasure to have as landlords for the past 2 years.
