Very popular eatery, good atmosphere, good friendly service. A set menu which obviously pleases customers in their thousands, a wide selection of drinks all keenly priced. Well done staff, a nice lunch. This is an interesting station as it is always seems so busy but just always has organization to it as well to ensure it runs smoothly

Basic underground station on the Metropolitan line. Located not too far away from the hospital but sadly has no step free access, which is annoying. Trains are fairly frequent also.

Never any announcements. Can’t see any staff on platforms. Arrivals boards never seem to be updated. Currently stood here for second time this week with a blank board wondering when the next train will arrive. 25 mins and counting…

There is no reason for there to be any staff in the station because they’re absolutely useless. They’re no help. The ticket machines are never working. The timetable board are never updated. Never any announcements on cancellation or delays they jus make you wait and work it out for yourself. Staff are also rude. I have to use this station every day for work and it honestly is the worse.

A normal underground station which is severed by the Metropolitan line. There is no disabled access to the platforms only stairs. The ticket hall is a average size the station was clean and tidy. No staff was around.

Moor park was bad enough yet I come here and it is worse. TFL UPDATE YOUR SCREENS, I KNOW IM SOUTHBOUND BUT WHEN IS THE NEXT TRAIN?
