It would take some convincing to believe that this is a so called first world airport. £5 to drop off, short staffed & barely any cafés. Moreover today the luggage conveyor belt not working, Heathrow T2 was a chaos.
This airport is disgraceful.

Insane queues!!! First to get checked in and then towards the security. Make sure to arrive at least 4 hrs prior to your departure, business and first class pax included. And this is London!!!!! What a turn-off.

Really good terminal, Clean toilets. With all the essentials you need to buy when you are travelling and you are in a toilet 🤣🤣

Flight was form Terminal 2. Understandable, and easy. Water fountains are there; so if you will take a little water, you not gonna get thirsty or pay £2,5 for a water.

It's essentially your basic tube station but at Heathrow and with some lifts and a rlly cool more open style of station that has as much space as you will need as most people will not use this line and will use the heathrow express and Elizabeth line. It does its job perfectly but could have had more style in my opinion. A lovely station in the centre of Heathrow!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of incompetence displayed at Heathrow Airport regarding the passport control process. The outrageous queue size is unacceptable and a complete embarrassment for a airport of this size and reputation. It is a shame that England, a country known for its rich history and culture, would welcome tourists with such a disorganized and inefficient process. It is clear that the airport is not utilizing available automation technology and it is imperative that this is addressed immediately. The lack of attention to this issue is not only causing frustration for travelers but also causing a negative impact on England's image as a tourist destination. I urge the management of Heathrow Airport to take immediate action and invest in technology that will provide a more efficient and pleasant experience for all travelers.

Nice terminal. Clean and tidy. Very busy of course. Reasonable good/coffee places etc The lifts often require a long wait during busy periods

Arriving at Heathrow it was nice to have enough people around to be of assistance to get around. Everything is well marked. If you have a disability there's a lot of support to assist you.
