Station is not fit for purpose. In fact, at rush hour it is positively dangerous. Stairwell is too small, very few people keep to the left, staff are lazy and unhelpful and signage is often not working. It is also the UGLIEST station on the network.

There needs to be a separate entrance/exit to serve commuters coming from Wellesley Rd.

Local MP - what are you doing to help?!

Awful station! The staircase is too small and in rush time the staff often doesn't allow people to enter for several minutes until passengers have left the station which means I loose my train quite a lot. Also it's incredible the fact that the station doesn't have a lift, so no wheelchairs are allowed and pushchairs will have to be carried.

The worst station imaginable - at rush hour they can't control the amount of people so they hold everyone before the one barrier. Their system is so illogical and extremely dangerous. In the morning expect to be in a queue of 20 people all trying to get through the one barrier. They usually time it just before an eastbound train arrives so expect to frequently miss your train and have to wait 10minutes. The fact I pay £1500+ a year for this service is disgraceful.

If two trains arrive at the same time, the overcrowding is incredible and you have to queue to leave the station. They often have to close the station due to over crowding and the overall vibe is "a bit rapey".

Used the station to get to watch Brentford games for 15 years. Rarely busy after the match even when playing big clubs. But now the station is inexplicably closed for an hour after games, even though hardly any other passengers use the station at 5pm on a Saturday or past 9.30pm. Surely keep people outside (with the approx. 20 staff and police telling would be passengers to walk 20 minutes to the next station) if the platforms are dangerous???

Rubbish Station and Horrible staff when Brentford football club play at home the Station is exit only after the game is finished then you wait up to 45-50 Minutes what a joke and is never Busy at all. Then I walk to Acton Town Station through the A406 road then turn right which is a extra 20 Minutes walk.

I turned up this morning (Wed 15th Sep 2021) without a mask; they were really friendly, helpful, and gave me a mask to allow me to travel safely.
Great service.
