It is very important station, specially for tourists, if You are traveling on Central line. It is the station, when You need to be attentive and make a right decision. Or You are in the train, going to “Ealing Broadway”, or You are in the train, going to “West Ruislip”. The mistake may cost You at least more twenty minutes of additional journey.

As stations go this one is one of the most cramped with ridiculous access and entry/exit chokepoint. Should get worse congestion as the many surrounding developments are completed and occupied. No disabled access aids at all. Poor show but useable for the ambulant.

Crowded tiny entrance area often partially jammed with people trying to use the few ticket gates.

We checked the off peak hours, it was less crowded then and we got some discount in the ticket price (contactless payment). Paper tickets are expensive. Hence, I recommend traveling with full proof plan well in advance to avoid connection problems and what not for a hassle free travel. The station is small and practical.

Small but pleasant Underground Station. Getting gentrification so expect it to expand soon.
