Bit run down and confusing.
Lot of trains passing through here and why they cannot update the rolling stock on such an important line as the Piccadilly is beyond me.
I like the tube trains with the destination boards on each side of the carriages and easy to jump on the wrong branch line train if you are in a hurry.
They should spend some money refurbishing the station

Such a shame as such an important Heathrow / Piccadilly line Hub is run in such a poor condition,
As being held at Red Signal ,20 minutes at 6' clock in the morning and ( for TFL officials Yes i Know How you need to schedule the service to fill the time gap and Yes i Know half of your service start at this time of the day ) but anyway what the guys at Acton Town hub they are doing is just inadmissible and is damaging a lot this huge and well organised Transportation Organisation.
But I wouldn't write my review if at the exit I wouldn't see this ' see the picture below, 10th picture out of 22 uploaded
So if FOH costumer Service officials they just can chill and not feeling they job title the I guess the colleges who they have even higher position and are allowing them to be active in this way are even worst.

Very disappointed for this poor service what's are you offering.

Regards

A CS.!

If you are travelling to Heathrow on the district this is the best way to change to the Piccadilly without moving from the platform ! Plus the wagons are new, ample, with air conditioning and you don’t have the load of the Piccadilly line.

Not a real Tube station lol...

If it wasn't a shorter walk from Sudbury Hill than Greenford to get where I'm going, I wouldn't even bother.

The wait time between trains for either Rayners Lane or Uxbridge is absolutely horrendous. It takes more than 20 mins (even thought it is supposed to be less than 10) between each of these trains to come by. And if you are ever on time for the train you will miss it. Best to be waiting for the train 5 minutes early as they are unreliable and leave before they are supposed to arrive along with operating at the most inconvenient times.

The District & Piccadilly line trains stop here this station always seems to be busy with lots of passengers changing trains. Lots of Piccadilly line trains going to Heathrow Airport but you have to wait a while for the Uxbridge service to come along. Clean station staff always around to help.
