Sainsbury's

It's a huge store with a great selection. Plenty of parking. Even at the end of a busy Saturday they had a decent amount of bakery and fresh items left. There is a large clothes section and a café too. Decent free from and plant based ranges available.

The store was quite busy,we managed to buy every thing we went in for, shelves were well stocked. The TU clothing department was good and I managed to buy myself a very pretty top, for only £6 . The Habitat department was well stocked with nice things and they have put more Argos order points in to the shop, so you can order as you go around and pick up at the end of your shopping. The only thing that was disappointing was that the fitting room was closed and I have often found this not open,which means you have to make a separate journey to return or exchange the clothing you have bought.

Not really happy as I drove from Redhill to get two main items they always have, cream style corn and crushed pineapple and they had neither. Also, not a drop of skimmed milk. However staff were helpful and polite.

Paid for a click and collect. Arrived to find only 3 items of my total order. I proceeded to go into the store to find they had another six items of my click and collect order. I requested these be added to my click and collect order. The computer said NO! The manager in charger of click and collect is useless and completely unhelpful.

Some free advice:
Train your pickers better or fire them
Employ managers that find resolutions not excuses.

I always wonder why it is only some Sainsbury stores that come up for review. I'd like to review the store at Billingshurst but despite using the store frequently it never appears. I want to know why it's "company policy" for the soft plastic recycling to have to be "handed" to a staff member.....because it feels like recycling isn't taken seriously by the company...why is it so hard for them to have a large bin for it.

My Partner went to see the show and was very impressed with the experience. I parked at Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre and we walked past West Ham, to ABBA (if you are lost just follow the ones that are in flares, etc) after the show we went to the restaurants for a meal.

The car park was manic, and queues to get out were long and slow, but they made the shopping collection easy and stress free!

Large supermarket. Big clothes section, although the boy's and men's sections are smaller. Includes an Argos, which is useful as has free parking, so can easily collect. Prices are relatively competitive and there is a large selection of food and drink.
