Tesco Extra

Regular customer at this branch my regular frustration is that the savings stamp dispenser is regularly our of service but you cannot purchase the stamps at checkout you are expected to queue again at customer service. The saving stamps are an important part of shop for many pensioners and those who attempt to save towards Christmas . The checkout staff at this branch are all efficient and pleasent and enhance the shopping trip sometimes the click and collect pickers seem to forget that the public are there to shop today certain isles had been rearranged but the assistants were very helpful in helping locate the items we were looking for

Store was big with a huge selection of everything, impressive upstairs clothing. BBQ section was also particularly noteworthy.

Toilets were clean, baby changing was in it’s own separate room which was clean and tidy so the place is dad friendly.

We only visited to get supplies while staying in local holiday park, so cannot comment on the majority of the services, but will definitely go back when we need more.

Nice place, prices are a bit higher but accordingly quality is too!

The past 3 visits to this store have been terrible . Out of 30 check outs only 5 were open. Self service was open but that is no use when you have a trolley full. Check outs 1 to 23 were closed which meant a long walk back to find one open , not helpful when you are disabled. It would make more sense to have checkouts open nearer to the exit.

Tesco gt Yarmouth large store from Toys half price, clothes on 2nd floor,ground floor food,wines

As I was leaving tesco on Sunday with my 5 year old nice we were walking out of the doors, holding hands beside eachother, when a tesco employee was walking behind my niece getting closer and closer and looking down at her as to say get the fff out of my way and then she barged past her!! She consciously barged past a 5 year old!! She was looking right at her in a realy horrible way!! I said to her you dont barge past kids!! To which she barked i didnt in return, not a sorry or anything. She was a young ish girl with shoulder length curly blonde hair in plaits. I have called tesco to complain but worried they will not take it seriously so I'm making it public just in case. If you know this girl that works there please inform her mother of what a horrible person she has raised!!!!

Always has the items I want, never a queue when it's time to pay. If I can't find something the staff are always helpful and the self service staff are always friendly aswell.

This Tesco's is always packed with home delivery trolleys cannot get to the shelves sometimes with these trolleys! Home deliveries should be done when the shop is closed!!
