Tesco Express

In the store last Friday afternoon, I witnessed upsetting situation between a male member of stuff on self serve checkouts. Who I believe is called Dan. With a female customer who was trying to use coin cash change machine, he was shouting at her and had extremely aggressive approach to her. She left the store very upset!
It’s totally unexceptionable pectable behaviour to treat customers it that way!

Great for a quick shop on way home...or for some good prices - more generally. Staff are really fantastic!! Helpful..and lovely!! Yes..good to shop at the Tesco Express, Exeter!!

Staff are very unimpressive and rude they have a couldn't care less attitude.
The store is often a mess with loading cages taking up the aisle making it difficult for somebody in a wheelchair to get around I actually saw somebody a few days ago give up in despair the assistant loading the shelves didn't care less. checkout people are forever talking into headsets completely ignoring the customer one in particular Thursday about 4:30 the one with the 60's style beehive hair. Staff including management and people who answer the phone need serious training in customer relations and good manners. They need to realise that they wouldn't have jobs if it wasn't for customers.

It's so good when there's not a massive queue for the tills and Tina is serving as well! I wish there were more proper tills here.

Staff treating customers really rude while discount clearance item. Trying to turn customers away from looking. Shocking customer service.

Robbed of a £1 today had to pay for a trolley and was refused my coin back. They clearly didn't believe me and should check the CCTV. I won't be shopping there again. It might not seem much but the principle of it. Around midday today
