Sainsbury's

Great mini supermarket with a good range of goods, could have some more own brand cheaper products to be great though, I find we have to do a balance of here and other cheaper stores to have a cheaper shop.
Staff are friendly, store is clean, carpark is ample. What more do you need really?

Only a small store and a few empty shelves especially amongst their own label stuff.
They try to compete on price with the local Aldi on a few products but in the main are more expensive but hopefully the quality is better. At least the fresh items look in better condition tganbthe standard Aldi offering.

Popped in to use the toilet and while waiting I heard a elderly gentleman say he has misplaced his wallet and the till operator said sorry you can’t take the items the older gent seemed bewildered as he said it’s never happened to him as he was a little shocked he then started to walk a way I called the gentleman to come back and that I would pay for the goods he was very thankful and happy it was a pleasure to stand in and help a fellow citizen out it made my day I only asked him if at anytime you find some one short of cash step in and help them if possible
My work partner informed me people were talking about it but life is great if we can help someone unexpectedly James

Terrible place to do a weekly shop. Only ever have 1-2 checkouts manned and the staff are extremely slow. Always a long wait to check out - shame they don't match Aldi checkout speeds as well as their prices!!
Rest of the shop is nice and lots of parking

Called in for petrol. Easy to use pumps, regular prices. Wife in store, she loves it.

It's a nice place to shop. Staff are very friendly and welcoming

Managed to purchase all my groceries I wanted, but was looking for shoe polish. While they had some, it was not quite what I was seeking.
