Not great, I do not usually shop here. I only went in to buy a greggs chicken pasty for lunch. It took over 10 minutes just to pay for the bloody thing. What a faff it was at the tills, the staff were slow, they packed every item for the customers in front me (maybe a nice touch for your regulars but its timely and frustrating), then came all the palava of home deliveries. You need more than 2 tills open especially at this time of year and the staff need to be quicker. Ideally there should be a seperate till point for home deliveries.

I have been using the online shopping for years now & I have never had a bad service with the delivery’s. There packed right & I am happier with it here than anywhere else I’ve done online shopping. They are friendly & polite & always welcoming & I come back again. I think this is a good online shopping service. Compared to other shopping stores this has been the best service for me. Very good. 😄

Over lockdown I could get weekly deliveries of food. I was really impressed by their fresh strawberries and their baby tomatoes. The packaging of the tomatoes was recyclable which was really impressive. Frozen fish and frozen chicken pieces really good. Will continue to shop here once a month.

Best desert section out of all supermarkets my opinion. Well stocked. Tidy. And great customer service. Online delivery slots very good set up.through the current covid thing. And cheap delivery charge compared to various others. All staff politey smile and are pleasant. I will. Continue to use Iceland for main shop with the heavier items online , at least once a month x

My experience of shopping in Iceland today was better than I had anticipated in these strange times. The freezers and shelves were pretty well stocked and the shopping public behaved with respect and care. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but their presence was noted.

I went to the Hatfield branch today and there is a lady working there, called Janice I think she said. Such a really realky nice helpful member of your staff. She was so polite, cheerful, and just generally an asset to your company.

Thanks

If you need any frozen foods.. Iceland is the best option. You can get any frozen foods hear like Pizza, Meat, Vegetable, Ice cream, eggs, milk.... The cost of the frozen are cheaper compared to any other places like Tesco, Asda ..
