I have to agree with the others on here, the women are very rude and miserable who work there , there is only one nice lady who works there and she always smiles....
The men are great it’s the women who deserve a good telling off from the manager ....
Oncu are great which is just down the road

This store has put up prices. Misleading customers. Price shown below on Medjoul dates are £9.99. But when u go to till price is £13.99. Capitalism at best.

I find the staff mostly rude,and that's if you can find one that speaks English!.
I have found on few occasions that unless your Turkish your treated badly and rudely on this shop. And then the cashier tries to overcharge without an apology or anything. Learn some manners and common decency

Turkish supermarket, good selection of foods (especially fruit and veg) all neatly presented. Meat counter is staffed and is clean and tidy, instore bakery is good. Staff are polite. Only downside parking is a bit of a pain sometimes especially after the council introduced the cycle lanes.

Worst customer service everrrrr like literally no one smiles they all look like they were dragged there and are being forced to work the blonde haired old lady always dirty looks me and would never try to make small convo at the till i overall am never going back and will from now on go to Sultan

A worker was not allowing me to buy some stuff because of my medical condition. They were very rude

Very sad, this shop has nearly everything you need if you've ran out of groceries. The only and the major thing about this business is that great customer service only is available to there people from there country. You'll feel a huge difference when you'll stand in the queue.
You can see how nice the staffs are to the people from there country and how ignorant if you're not from there.

But hey, you can still get what you need just don't expect them be nice to you lol
