Lidl

This used to be a great local shop, recently though the fruit and veg is mould, you have to search through the boxes for in date food, the shelves are empty and have been for a good few months. Going to try out aldi...

Why do you not have enough staff on the checkouts? No matter what time I try and use Lidl Sevenoaks, they only ever seem to have a fraction of the actually required checkouts open. If you go at 10am on a Tuesday morning there's one checkout open with 10 people waiting. Go when it's heaving on a Friday afternoon, there might (if you're lucky) be two open, equally packed. I'd rather pay slightly more for my purchase but be able to be out of the shop in under half an hour.

It's a good sized Lidl with a bakery as good as you'd expect. Booze. And the isles of tut that everyone loves. The manager was really helpful recently when my wife bought too much stuff that wouldn't fit in the car. Update - the managers still extremely helpful and kind.

No garam masala. Just hope the farmers are getting 24p increase for lidl butter. Apart from that good shopping experience.

Busy but tills were well manned. Good range of items, no empty shelves

Very well stocked, very friendly staff, clean, store, ample parking.
Absolutely love the tiny trolleys with pole and flag for children, fantastic idea!

Regular shop for me. Being Friday I thought it would be more stocked but some items were out. Good store though normally. Update. Visited yesterday.. Saturday and again a number of items were out of stock. Have seen a steep increase in prices, far in excess of inflation rate. Have asked Lidl for reasons, none given. Still, Lidl continue to be competitive.

Staff are helpful and pleasant, any and all concerns are listened to by members of staffed and dealt with professionally. Great to know supermarkets now have undercover security!
