When visiting my parents in Edgware, I popped into the local branch and purchased a jar of rollmops.
I was greeted by a very friendly young lady whereby I purchased the goods and drove off in my car.
On arriving back at my property in Bushey, to my horror the entire contents of the jar had emptied through the carrier bag all over my passenger car seat.
I am not talking a leak; I am describing the lid had completely separated from the jar and pickled onion/pickled herring marinated water soaked into my upholstery.
When I have purchased the same from different shops, they have usually placed a sheet of cling film between the lid and the jar - now I know why.

I have now contacted B Kosher five times via facebook (apparently this is the only method of communication they have) and although my messages are marked as 'read' by the business owner, they have not had the courtesy to even respond to my complaints.

I've been totally ignored and in this day and age of social media I am surprised at the level of disrespect I have been shown.

EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY SHOULDN’T THIS FOOD ESTABLISHMENT BE CONCERNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THE FOOD BEING CONTAMINATED ON THE BASIS THAT THIS LID WAS LOOSE?
WHOSE TO SAY A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC HASN'T DELIBERATELY INFECTED CERTAIN FOODS???

Three weeks later my car still stinks of fish and onions rendering it almost unbearable to drive.

Quite a bit of choice but some very overpriced products, e.g. Chrayne @ £3.50 is exorbitant. More economical grape juice hidden behind cardboard with expensive grape voice at the end of a counter on clear show.

Excellent bkosher location and the deli at the back has an amazing assortment of foods packed or fresh.

The store can be very cluttered and hard to find what you need but the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The food is often fresh and you can see new products being put in everyday, never found any problems.

Nice and useful products at reasonable prices, conveniently close to local housing and school.

Good general stock. Helpful & friendly staff. Open times are good.

Everything a Jewish household needs.

B Kosher is a very popular and good Kosher supermarket with a wide variety and range of Kosher good with lots of choice and a very good range of wines. Its also helps that the staff here I find are all very helpful and friendly. 🌟 They provide a very good service to the Jewish community. 🌟
