Waitrose & Partners Oxford, Botley Road

One of the well managed n great store in the area .
From entrance you get to se bunches of beautiful flowers to choose from . Then you get a huge huhe variety of home use products from across the globe to choose from . Stored is well organised n maintained in different sections . Also ther is a coffee shop inside as well as outside the store to wait if another member is shopping .
For upto starting 2 hours parking is free after that you have to pay the charges .

Truly excellent supermarket that is actually more than a shop - close to a restaurant, and more. Great food. Lots of drinks. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly staff. Not cheap, but not very expensive either.

Up to the usual Waitrose standard with the added bonus of a zero waste section with a good variety of products dispensed into your reusable containers.

WELL WHERE DO I START !!!! I experienced the most atrocious service at Botley Waitrose, which left my mother in tears.
This Waitrose is my local Waitrose I go to every week and buy my favourite wine . I had forgotten my ID this Sunday so I asked if my favourite manager was in as he has seen my ID millions of times. (Baring in mind I am nearly 30). So the shop assistant called a manager over named Annie (even though I hadn't asked to speak to her) .
I have never in my life been approached by a professional individual the way she did. She stormed over with the most patronising attitude she did not even want to listen to what I had to say. She treated my mother and I like pair of dogs and went on to call me a VILE VILE human being. I do not actually understand how such an amazing store have a BULLY working for them and especially in a position of power. (I feel sorry for anyone who has to work for this woman).
I will never return this store ever again in my life. She ruined my day and my poor mother was left in tears in the car park as she kept pointing at the door and kept asking us to leave. THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!!!!!!!!

Excellent service. I was having some trouble making a Deliveroo order for this Waitrose because the out of stock items weren't reflected on the Deliveroo website. Alex, the shop's Deliveroo contact, was extremely helpful on the phone by letting me know what alternative products were available and making sure I got what I needed, as well as a complimentary item for the inconvenience. Would order from again.

Easy to shop with plenty of choice in pleasant surroundings and easy blue badge holders parking. Each visit is so civilized with fewer customers than others.

Great supermarket with good high quality food . carpark on site only down side is the traffic going into Oxford makes getting to the store slow
