Overall, love this place. Very convenient as we live local and good selection. The only thing letting it down is the rude manager. Making it quite clear and obvious to all that he doesn't have any time for the customers at all and would rather be elsewhere. Customer service - zero. People skills, likewise. Makes for quite a lot of discomfort for those around.

Great store, I find the previous ladies comments rather strange! I found the manager to be helpful and welcoming. Everything I needed was available! One problem was the lack of a coffee machine! This was a problem as I love coffee ☕️

Excellent service, lovely staff and you can get most things you need considering it’s only a shall shop. The only downside to it is you can’t get in the car park at peak times due to people queuing at the petrol pumps. If the outside area could be extended it would be 5*

Pleasant staff, really friendly, it just makes a customer feel welcome. If short a few pennies on fuel as often can happen ‘it’s fine, sort it next time’. A lot of people drive there from surrounding areas, past lots of other fuel stations because of the Customer Service.

All depends on who is at till. Asian lady was in front of me with several items, being served by the rude ‘old’ lady with glasses, no hi or any acknowledgement, who just pretty much threw the bags at her to pack, the Asian lady was struggling and told to hurry up, there was nobody behind me, so I helped the lady to pack as she was clearly struggling. When she left on my turn I only had 3 small items and the cashier was nice, offered to help me with packing which shocked me and I commented that I was fine but the Asian lady could have done with the help to which she simply replied, ‘them lot can drive fancy cars so can do their own packing’. I was shocked and just got my shopping and left. Not a nice experience and I use that station a lot, but this lady serving I have seen many times but never been at her till. Disgusting attitude and comment.

Store has loads of variety and opening hours are convenient.
Usually when staff can't crack a smile, it's more than often a manager who's got a power hungry attitude. Is that the case here?
Anyway on at least three different occasions I have been charged twice for items I have purchased. I mean it's not the end of the world but it keeps happening. Staff training maybe?
Ok so today's its 01 June 2021, and guess what they have overcharged me again. Should have been £16.90, charged me £20.85.
I usually never check my receipts except when I come here.
Something fishy defo going on, because overcharging is a regular theme here.

Where could I even begin..... The love, care, attention to every detail could surely only be found at Tesco... Casterton. This team goes above and beyond any expectation This team of wonderful individuals provides both an exceptional service but also has the ability to look at the bigger picture They care.... they acknowledge.
