Iceland Supermarket North End

The product range isn't great, and items appear on shelves then disappear just when you've found a new favourite, but prices are more than reasonable and the staff are the friendliest, most welcoming you'll find anywhere. It feels like a proper neighbourhood shop where everyone, regardless of age, (dis)ability, race, gender identity, whatever, are all treated with kindness and genuine respect.

Iceland 🇮🇸 has the loviest sponge pudding deserts raspberry,chocolate,butterscotch and syrup..... Yummy!!!!!! with custard 🍮 of course.

Not Happy with Northend store said they would deliver between 5 and 7 it's now 20.05 and the person who picked up the phone said driver has rang out of time to bring my children's food to my address and will have to wait till morning not Happy and I will be in the store tomorrow for my refund really not impressed with this and will be making a complaint to there manager

Good prices good Value for your Budget

Needs more staff on tills especially when people want their goods delivered...holds up queues!!! Stock levels need to be checked regularly as some items off sale and very hard to get hold of staff to get some from the back store

The menbers of staff were very polite and welcoming.
At the end of my shop the young gentleman who helped with my shopping was courteous towards me as a customer.
Although it was coming to the end of his shift he and the shop was becoming busy, he was quite happy to ensure all my shopping was bagged for my delivery correctly.
He managed to keep his cool under the pressure.
ÌThe member of staff that served me was called Angus.
