Stress free shopping. Friendly helpful staff & practical parking facilities unlike it's counter parts. Try to purchase most of my shopping here although variety can be limited due to it being a smaller store but you can't have everything. Just love doing my basic shop here where possible.

Great store. The staff are so good at there job. Always happy and smiling. Everything you need is there. But can't big up staff enough the best customer service I've seen 😊

Rating given purely because of the lack of Covid compliant procedure! Sunday afternoon I waited outside with our dog whilst my wife went in to shop. No one from the store on duty at the entrance. I watched quite a number of people going in without a mask. Whilst checking out, my wife confronted three young lads who attempted to push in and were also not wearing masks!
No wonder this infection is continuing to spread whilst we have idiots like this amongst us and where was store security to challenge these people not wearing masks????

I ordered kids 2 new coats and I had message saying it was there and I went there after travelling for hour to collect it as everywhere else was out stock and after waiting for hour i get told by a old lady saying its not there and when I said its pretty ovs someone has took them she wouldn't answer me and the young blond lady and the old lady walked of and they had quilty look on there face and then another lady middle age came said sorry your parcel not here and she gave me gift card 5pound and she promised give me full refund and after week later I got full refund please don't collect parcels from here as they steal them and I've took it further aswell as they can't get away with it!

Just done some shopping at the Asda store in Hoddesdon this morning. No queuing, and the staff are so lovely and helpful. It was about 9am and the cashier who dealt with me was so pleasant.

Just been served by the most miserable rude lady on parcel cigarette counter. Donna. Her and lady with pink hair were moaning about another member of staff and not one hello please or thank you. Very miserable staff

Be careful of a petty old jobsworth Indian woman at the self scan area, who is willing to have a full blown argument with you over paying for a bag.

The worst. 2 days in a row my home delivery never showed up. The first time the driver told me he would deliver the next day and that his manager would call me in the morning. No one contacted me and my order wasn't delivered. I gave them the benefit of the doudt and reordered. This time my order never turned up and no one let me know, I just waited and waited. Will never shop here again. Huge disappointment.
