Tesco Express

Good sized store. I have visited multiple times and it's just a quick fly by visit. Would give more stars but as staff are rude and lacking personality lowered stars.. Either re train or start sacking.

Great Tesco with a huge range of food. Use daily as it’s a short walk from work. Fresh salad bar is great for a healthy lunch, staff have always been very helpful and the petrol station is a bonus for getting all the chores out the way in one go. Highly recommended. Hairdressers, WHSmith,pets corner, Holland & Barret and Costa are all under the same roof too.

Big shout out to Tesco Shoreham.. I went to get a few things at their store today with my 4 year old. My 4 year old started a new habit of hiding in the stores. Same thing happened today, but this time I just couldn't find her, after 5 minutes panic kicked in and now I am calling out her name but no Amelia. I grab one of the Tesco's staff and said"can you please help.me I lost my daughter" within minutes an announcement was made for the managers to the customer service desk. . Within in minutes my 4year old was found and brought to me . Thank you for your quick response and for making sure both mum and daughter was okay Abbey Donoghue

Small shop but good variety of products. Friendly staff. A lot less stressful than the bigger store up the road.

Purchased a meal deal, fork no longer supplied, went back to the store, “oh they are on order sir”, how do you suggest I eat it? With your fingers was the reply 😡

Cracking little tesco with very helpful staff. Obviously not as many products as larger stores but still great value for money

I was us the self service and put my hand up to acknowledge I needed assistance to get a What?!! . The girl or any other staff for that matter did not appear to want to be bothered by tge Self Service and continued to serve others.

Then another member of staff shouted across " I've bypassed the alcoholic drink!!" When i actually needed help removing another item!!!

Due to this extremely rude unprofessional manner I shall refrain from using this store again. I suggest a customer service course might be in order before you lose further customers!!

More expensive than regular tesco but you are paying for convenience.
