Very convenient and has a good selection of groceries given it's size. Self serve checkouts allow you to nip in and out again really quickly. The car park can get tricky when it's busy. I sometimes park in Edinburgh Crescent and walk through the alleyway.

Every time I come here I leave Feeling embarrassed as staff will sometimes make jokes with customers if your taking to long at the self check out. I guess that’s my issue but it’s there responsibility to make customers feel welcomed. Even when I come in and say hello, I guess it all depends on who it is because, I’m never welcomed in a happy tone, it’s always under their breath, but some others are greeted with a loud and noticeable hello. Also when asking for help sometimes, it’s as if i am bothering them. I do prefer the staff that was there last year as this new staff is just rude.

Rude African lady didn't say a word to any customers even when they wished her a good day.

In addition, the meal deal section fridge must be broken as its not very cold and the food and drinks I bought from there all tasted funny.

I was here on 5th June, and may I say I was very disappointed with the customer service.

I lost my clubcard recently, and wasn't sure how I was to obtain a new one, so I asked at the till. I was just referred to a staff member who wasn't working at the till, so. I told him my query. He didn't even answer properly and told me to speak to the manager (so another referral). The manager didn't even give me any helpful advice.

What are they even there for? At work, if someone asks me something, I have to be knowledgeable about how everything works so I could advise them accordingly. The staff there had no idea of what they were doing, nor even knew the best way to answer my query!

Poor customer service and the cleanliness was disgusting. It was like a benny hill sketch watching them try and clean up and not serve anyone.

I got there at 21:53 on Saturday and they refused to serve me they said that the store was closed and locked the door and when I told the security that on the internet it says that it closes at 10 and that I will complain he laughed and said ironically we are closed unfortunately!! it has been done many times before

Small store but they have a lot of stuff. Actually I was looking for a pizza and they had plenty. Was hard to choose 😊
