Asda Quedgeley Supermarket

My first Click and Collect order from Asda Quedgeley due to Covid.
Thank you SO much for every step of your service to us as first time customers.

We received almost everything we ordered, staff were really helpful to my daughter, who picked it up for us.

It made me feel very happy and secure to have our cupboards and fridge refilled so comprehensively and with such thorough help.

I come here sometimes for a change, but this week been let down. Out of date food on the shelves. If you dont believe me go check out the cakes in the world food isle. Dated 13 & 14 July; not just one or two, all items in both boxes out of date! Ladies at the till too busy having a laugh & giggle instead of helping customers! Defo be checking the dates more carefully ....

Often only 1 till open so queues are likely but normally well stocked, there are toilets and a cafe too

Great shop - not as cheap as Lidl a few doors down, but nicer service and they have more options/varieties of products.

Female staff at kiosk 12/10/2022 7pm rude and disgusting. Why be purposefully cold and nasty to customers of colour? There's absolutely no need for it. Asda usually trains their staff to be friendly and helpful. And most are. This staff member needs retraining in basic customer care at the very least. Will never put myself through that again and will avoid this store.

Normally a pretty ok place to shop! Staff cheerful and friendly.
Just a word of warning if presenting a blue light card as the discount didn't come off for me today. When I queried it I was told to go to customer service who then told me that there was nothing they could do about it. Needless to say that cashier cost me my card discount. Unfortunately there is no other way to see if the discount has been applied until you get the receipt . I won't be in a hurry to do a big shop there again

Only one checkout open. Long queue. When asked if another checkout could be opened told short staffed. Left trolley and shopping and will not be returning
The fuel area looked very much unkempt.

Shelves were empty, couldn't find what I wanted. Was disappointed used to be a good shop. Guy on the checkout was falling asleep said he wasn't well.
