My wife had a charming experience here today, the tight car park contributing to her getting verbally abused by a bearded cretin in his poorly parked BMW Chelsea tractor. Nice way to talk to a woman on her own. Let's see what CCTV the store have available.

Waited for a ridiculous amount of time for assistance at the self service, three staff members there plus a security man and not a single person even acknowledged us. Ended up having to move to the normal till despite the queue and didn't even get a 'hello'

Definitely need more staff tuk ages to get served and the only one working in there was rushed of her feet and very miserable

2 hours to make a delivery to the store only one person working in there and there should have more staff by law very very poor

Looked for Vimto and Ribena but there was none one of the staff said over there , over there , there was still nothing instead got apple and black currant capri sun but it tasted more like water than flavour pathetic , pathetic place , pathetic shop , AVOID! At all costs

The customer service was good on dated 6-11-22 at 21:00. I do recommend it to all of my family members, colleagues and friends. It's very clean and tidy with better prices as compare to others! Thumbs up to the management!
