Tesco Express

Lots of self scan tills so never have to wait too long in queue. Takes some getting used to as you put your basket down on the right hand side and your bagging area is on the shelf above your basket. So many people get confused by this. When it gets really busy a member of staff will be supervising the self service tills and will open 2 additional self scan tills which are card payment only to help get the queues down.

Tesco in The Brewery Cheltenham. Staff are lovely - especially Elizabeth, Gosha and Dre. But all staff are very nice and professional. Always have great range of products and essentials, and always find what I need. Store is very clean and organised.

Elizabeth is lovely! On multiple occasions she has gone above and beyond for customers who require extra assistance, all while keeping her cool and balancing queues. She's a true credit to the store!

We were so surprised by a generous gesture of this Tesco Express which donated boxes of biscuits as a Christmas gift to our clients with various care and support needs. Nevena & Alex, you are the best!! You made a difference in the community, it shows the culture of the company, and enthusiasm of people who work there to help. Personally I always have a lovely experience whenever I pop in to shop here, (usually late night!). Many thanks and Merry Christmas to all.

Left my purchases at the till after waiting 5 minutes to be served while staff were chatting.

New Year’s Eve at this store had one member of staff on the cash out and a new security guard doing his best to help out. Shambles..

Bread costs 25p more than a mile down the road at the superstore. These stores are a tax on the poor who can't drive.

Lovely convenient store for top of town. Very clean & tidy, altho not a big store they stock a great variety of goods. Staff very helpful & keep shelves well stocked. Lovely & cool in hot weather.
