Asda Havant Supercentre

I do a click and collect on average once a month ( as Tesco closer ) if you order on the same day you do get charged extra but they tell you this. I always receive an email before collection telling me if they substitute any products or if any out of stock so I can just pop in and make another choice I really don't mind what is wrong with people even if you picked the fruit yourself how would you know what it's like inside. I have no complaints they are trying there best but there are huge shortages everywhere due to pandemic. Wars. Weather .travel .... please just accept the fact that you can't always get what you want 😂

This store has superstars for staff!! Today whilst in the rain, staff were outside to try and control the never ending stream of traffic leaving the store. I truly hope they get a pay rise today! Something should be done regarding the flow of traffic leaving this asda as, regardless of McDonald's being closed for renovations, this is an ongoing issue. Maybe traffic lights instead of peoplebeing put in harms way would be a better option

I would like to say how helpful your customer service staff today. I brought a cordless vacuum cleaner today 27th October and took it back this afternoon because l thought the charging plugs was missing about two hours later when cleaning I found it so I went back and after them trying to keep a straight face they went and found the vacuum for me so I brought it again thank you for all your help

If you enjoy sitting in your car for 20 - 35 minutes once you've finished shopping this is the must go destination for you.
Will only get worse the closer we get to Christmas.
Very poor traffic management by asda and the council

Time using Asda, click and collect service, turned up after doing a big shop to find that I needed to supply my own bags. No mention of this anywhere on their website. Thinking more about their customers instead of their staffs item picking time.

Visited the Asda cafe today with a friend who has complex food allergies. The staff at the cafe weren't very accommodating. They made her feel like she was an inconvenience... After she said she couldn't have soy or cows milk, the lady behind the till said "oh, you are fussy aren't you!?" Which I thought was really unprofessional. I understand not all places can accommodate complex needs and that's fine, but a little compassion and understanding would be appreciated.

Love this store but wish it was in Portsmouth as it is a little too far out if you haven't got a car. The staff are friendly and there is a lovely range of goods,lovely wide aisles,a lovely selection of clothing and plenty of parking. There is a local bus service but unfortunately it only runs until 15,21 and it is a 24 hour opening store

Went to Asda havant to look at designing a birthday cake for my son with the photo printer option. Wasn’t sure as my picture was from a movie if it would be allowed (it wasn’t) but spoke to Karen in the bakery and she was amazing talking me through different options what I could do instead and how they could help me create something equally awesome without breaking any copyrights. Really impressed she was so helpful so just wanted to shout out to her fantastic service
