Tesco Express

When I visited there were no other customers in the store so I should have felt safe. However, I had to pass a member of staff in a narrow aisle. This person was filling shelves and had no face covering unlike the person at the till who was behind a glass screen but was still wearing a mask.

Just been to the whitegate drive tesco and to say the service was shocking is an actual understatement. Staff have the customer service of an Ork from lord of the rings and talk that way too!.... Also to have a staff spluttering everywhere when we have been in the middle of a pandemic. Have they been educated on what Boris has been preaching for the past 3 months!. Send your staff back to customer service school where they don't look at you like you have two heads when you only ask the price of a ginger bread man!

The shop itself is nice.
But I was served by a member of staff naned Kaley( somethying similar), who was more interested in talking to her college on the shopfloor than serving me.
There was no manners what so ever.
No hello or hi, no thank you, no see you soon/ ect.
She didn't even smile

I said thank you to kaley for serving me but she totally ignored me. She couldn't even crack a smile
She was so rude and stuckup.
I only live down the road and only come in if I have to, I prefer to go out my way and go to the tesco express garage, the staff there are always pleasant, polite and use there manners.

Still short changing people and continue to chat to colleagues whilst seving customers....if the staff concentrated on the customer instead of chatting about the weekend with each other then they may be able to give correct change...this has been going on for months...keep ya club card and ya poor quality service....

Staff don't care local smack heads come in steal staff reply does my head in as I'm paying £30 for my shopping don't attempt to stop them just let them be I may stop paying for my shopping

Petrol station makes you pay ay the pump and does give receipt.

The staff are no help at all . Stand there watching you struggle whilst on self service. You ask them a question they have no answer

Closed at 10.54 pm due to lazy staff went shop in bad weather to get milk
