We went there purely for the sushi counter...

Good selection and you can order and they will make it fresh. Sashimi taste fresh but the sushi rice wasn’t that good the first time we tried.

Second time we decided to just buy the sashimi and we made the sushi rice at home and it was delicious 😋

Waitrose itself have some very good offers and love they sell those beef rib bones.

This Waitrose is top notch. Been going here for years, they’ve always been very kind, the have plenty of variety, veggies, meat, venison, etc. Clean place, helpful staff. Once they had a fire and they had to re stock everything. I asked for tomates and they went to get some just for me.

Shop busy as you would expect for this time of year. BUT customer service from the person I asked where things were (as not from here) was the attitude not fit for a shop floor.

Staff is friendly and helpful, can't fault them. You find a lot of niche products and decent quality fruit and vegs. The ladies loos are not cleaned enough though.

This is the Best supermarket in Kenilworth. Lovely customers and lovely people to work with. I hope to be back working at Waitrose Kenilworth hopefully this year. Quality food and drink for all year round. Waitrose Kenilworth definitely better than Waitrose Stratford Upon Avon at the Rosebird Centre.

For Christmas lunch we had a Waitrose turkey, after preparing it (emptying the cavity (neck) and dressing it with herbs and bacon) and after 3.5 hours in the oven and leaving it to rest we notice the plastic bag of giblets from under neck end skin flap. This was really concerning due to the plastic packaging and not knowing if it had ruined the turkey.

I do not understand why the giblets were not in the main cavity where I have always found them in 25 years of of cooking Christmas turkey.

Can you confirm that cooking the turkey with the plastic giblets bag has not cause us any harm?

And in future could you ensure that the giblets are in an obvious place for removal.

Lovely supermarket with a good range of goods. However, I was disappointed at how many staff were not wearing masks. This is contrary to John Lewis and partners own COVID 19 policy. Let's see all staff wearing a mask and also challenge customers who are not complying too!
