Tesco Superstore

Always, helpful, considerate and most pleasant staff who constantly make my shopping experience less onerous by their willingness to go that extra step to help disabled people like me. They also are smiling and happy people who actually look like they enjoy their job!

I've had a few problems with staff members in this shop with bad customer service and very rude and abrupt attitude. There is a staff member called Tina a large women that works on the tills and self checkouts and today decided not to serve me as she didn't like the look of me. She just up and walked off. I didn't actually know what was going on at first and neither did the other staff so I spoke to a manager and she told me that all members of staff have the right to refuse service to anyone they like even if they dont like the look of them.

As a local shop Tesco is ok. But as with all my Tesco reviews i will repeat that their pricing structure is not a patch on Lidl and Aldi both of who offer far better prices which is why i no longer shop at Tesco exclusively. The other dissapointing thing about Tesco is their reduced rewards offered via the clubcard scheme.
Tesco need to work better, harder and cheaper to win back my custom!

Never had any items in stock, so overpriced and the staff were very unwelcoming. I had an issue with the self checkout machine and the staff nearby did nothing to help!

Went here for fuel had the operation stopped twice due to staff being confused as to how I was filling due to being a van you need to open the door to open the filler point, I also filled a container which was snatched by a horrible lady and instead of explaining first just took it and refused to give it back unless I brought the right containers I said I can't afford to do that she said tuff and still made me pay £15 for the fuel in the container absolutely fuming I'm happy to not do it again and buy in the future a proper Container but this was unacceptable and they were very rude. Please guys check your containers first and don't use this garage..

My order was cancelled and I didn’t have food for a weekend. And when I did get food I got half my order. Terrible customer service

Great parking, roomy isles and plenty of self-serve.

Usual Tesco superstore but has useful local Community features. Second hand books. Food donation scheme. Christmas toy collection. Plastic wrapper and bag collection. Tokens for local charities. Water filter, batteries recycling scheme.
