I go there often but this last time that I’ve been there was a really bad experience I had because of they staff , I always buy alcohol drinks in this store and they never asked me for any identification , this girl on the videos always sell it to me but suddenly this day she didn’t wanna approve my shopping because I didn’t have a Id with me , I tried to talk to her ( because she knows me ) I buy there every time , she said no Id no drinks ,I spoke with the manager from the place and she also was very rude with me told me to step back I went home far away just to pick up my wallet that I forgot to bring because they never asked me for anything in my all period buying thins there , then I brought my wallet and bought it showing my ID but they were very disrespectful with me , she said that I was lying , I told her look on the cctv I have the date and time that I bought things here and I can prove it they didn’t care at all , I don’t recommend no one going in this place anymore.

There are many products and I can confirm that you have many choices... but the tiles are all close ( the personal preferred to talk instead of working) and the self check out is so busy ... just 1 person have to help all the customers... Better not go in the evening...

One of the biggest I’ve been too. There is so much going on in here, it like Costco’s step brother. Toys and the books are the best bits for me, big lanes los of natural light at the front as you get to the back it’s a bit dark.

I ordered food from the app. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, between 7 and 8 but it didn't. Called Customer Services and they told me there was nothing they could do, because the package showed as delivered in their system. However, the person on the phone gave me the name of the store manager if I wanted to speak to him.

Went to the store, ask for the (named) manager but I've been told he was not with the company for over two years now... Still I managed to speak to someone on the phone who gave me the same speech: "I'm sorry, the package shows as delivered in our system". However, after a few good minutes, a nice lady came and brought the items I ordered.

I am trying now to see if I can recover the delivery cost and will update this review.

I will still not order from this business again, as from what I understood, the delivery people do not have the option to attach proof of delivery (photos of the items being delivered at the customer's door).

What does this mean?

At any given point, any driver, premeditated or unpremeditated, can log the items as delivered when in fact they aren't...

I had some luck with that nice lady in the store, but... how many customers didn't have the same luck before me...?

Great store highly recommended, well stocked and generally decent. Only problem easy to fix is lack of tills I had cart of shopping and no tills open, I interrupted 3 members of staff having a meeting / chat and asked why no tills open they asked other members on floor and all couldn't open till?? Sainsburys please don't follow other retailers asking customers to self service the tills are the biz end of business where you get the revenue!

Large variety of low cost but nice quality clothing ,fresh poultry, fruits and vegetables, large variety of drinks ...all the things you need in one place! Let's not forget about Argos and big car park also which is 4 hrs free !

They have everything at affordable prices.
Their cold section was really chilly.
We initially went to Argos for some electronics and their staff were helpful, courteous and friendly (Britney and Ibbs).
Good quality variety of items too.
Parking space is big, spacious and can be easily maneuverable.
Their filling station is very close by as usual.

Been shopping on and off here for years. Usually find whatever I need is always available. Good for unpasteurised milk, cheeses and butter. Great organic range availability. Usually have good sales on clothes and homeware too. Never had a problem with any member of staff. Till queues usually managed well. Parking is in abundance too.
