Terrible, stocks are low. Noone to complain too. Overcharged at the till. CHECK YOUR SLIPS. I WAS INCORRECTLY CHARGED FOR 3 ITEMS (I ONLY PURCHASED 8 ITEMS). NOT ACCEPTABLE! All the photos are included BEWARE!!!! Your prompt reply has done everything to restore my confidence in the store, congratulations to customers service 👏 😀. Well done to you!!

Would have marked it as 5 star but a few items I couldn't find prices for otherwise great store. I grabbed my lunch from the bakery which consisted of the margarita pizza and a chocolate hazelnut croissants. Both were amazing!

The supermarket is great, good prices, but the car charging setup is terrible. They give you 90 mins to charge before they fine you, most of that time you spend queuing up for the charger. Then you can't charge chademo and ccs at the same time, it's one or the other. So if someone is using one of those, the other wont be available.

Edit from 3 (2021) to 4 stars (2022). Considerably improved selection and quality at affordable prices. Very clean and well laid out aisles, if a little bottlenecked when pallets are dumped mid-aisle for restocking. Still can't quite do a full family shop unfortunately.

Used to be good, but as time has gone by stock levels have become increasingly poor. More recently it has been particularly bad with most shelf and fridges being practically empty week on week. On top of this prices have been slowly creeping up. If prices are to continue to rise then Lidl need to ensure competent stock levels.

Update - 3 months since posting this review and nothing has improved in that time. The shelves and fridges continually remain empty of key items, however prices keep creeping up. There are also never enough staff. I shall be returning to Tesco where I'm happy to pay a little more knowing that I won't be greeted with rows of empty shelves.

Whatever Lidl's I have been into whether the 3 in Gloucester, 1 in Cheltenham and the 1 in Cinderford.! One thing I have Noticed is the Lack of Staff.! The Lidl's Staff are Always Working Hard.! Because Lidl's is Trying to Save Money by Not Employing Adequate Staff to Run Their Store's.!

Very affordable. However the choice is limited compared to other big supermarkets. But still quite good

Good stuff for great prices. Stock is sometimes a bit flaky though and you can't be sure they will have something they had last time.
