Clean and tidy store. Staff are friendly. Lots of parking space..one of the best Tescos in Gloucester..

Better check your fresh food ‘use by dates’ in this store. My last weeks shop was unfortunately very disappointing. My 2 packs of fresh fish and pizza came with 1-2 days to cook within. Half of food had to go in the bin. Not cheap now. Milk had only 3 days. Not to mention long queues at the tills. Some customers even abandoning their trolley with fresh meat by the tills. When mentioning to the check out staff. It was left there in dealt with for another 20min at least by me exiting. Staff explained it by being very understaffed.
Very poor. Had to do another weeks shop 3 days later. Not returning there anytime soon.

You can find pretty much everything here. Clothing well priced and convenient with food shop. Very large car park so shouldn't be an issue parking any time of the day. Kids parking to the front of the store and disabled / kids spaces in the middle isle of car park

Staff are regularly chewing gum and on their phones. Usually too busy talking to help or complain because you’ve disrupted their gossip session to get some help. Female toilets are rarely useable due to their disgusting state.

Always well stocked when I visit, with lots of choice, some good deals, etc. Spacious car park, with never any problem finding a spot. But I have experienced some rudeness at the checkouts, on two occasions. Don't know if it was the cashier's attempt at being funny, but it just came across as bad tempered and judgemental.

i came to do my shopping yesterday in this Tesco’s and was about to go to the one and only till that was open with a trolley which was easily over £100! to be told i would have to take it to self scan, the lady on the till rolled her eyes and was incredibly rude and dismissing, which i found confusing because self scan wouldn’t of accepted my shopping without there being some errors. another lady came over and explained that the lady on the till finished at 10pm and it was 10pm, however I am confused as to why the lady on the till did not explain this instead of coming across irritated, I am not a mind reader and i would have been happy with just an explanation. I also find it incredibly hard to believe that there was no other worker who could have opened another till as they are open until 12am. May i suggest they full warn customers that after 10pm only self scan is available. This would have saved my time and their time as they needed to put the shopping back.

Always a good experience.

Been shopping here since it opened and always had a good experience (but I am also careful to choose my times to visit).

The staff have always been courteous and helpful. The scan and go system is easier to use and more efficient than certain other stores (ASDA).

Plenty of parking.

Small point but the trolleys are well maintained; I've never had a squeaky one or one with a wonky wheel.

The addition of the EV charging stations is very welcome though it could do with a few more as at park times they're usually all in use at busy times. 😉
