Great staff and british institution. We need to support our history and keep this amazing supermarket brand strong. Forget the others. Quality food at affordable prices.

Just been to collect Christmas order. Took 45min as only 2 people doing orders. Most items were not in fridges, so they had to keep disappearing to find items. Old way of one tray per customer much better as if you have an large order it takes 2 people 20min to serve one person. Dreadful service.

I didnt know that m&s had such an amazing selection of gluten free food. Not only bread, chocolate twists cupboard snack etc. They also have an amazing selection of fridge food. Sausage rolls, apple pie, spring rolls...absolutely brilliant. Lovely clean shop with easy parking too.

I used to enjoy going their for shopping, the quality is still there, however some of the staff has let the place down, but there are still some few ones that are nice and friendly. But it takes only a handful of people to put you off from shopping somewhere. You really need to work on identifying and training some of your employees in customer care including management and complaint department. For now I ll take my custom somewhere else, where staff are not allowed to be rude to their customers.

I have bought the meal for one Fruity Chicken Curry 400g at £3.25 for quite a while now.

Went to Brooklands to buy some more. They are now 200g (half as much) at £2.75.

This equates to £5.50 for 400g. Up from £3.25. The 200g portion is just about enough for a child.

Think this is appalling. Come on M&S, look after your loyal customers. Do not rip them off. Not impressed.

Terrible service, disgruntled employee wasn’t pleased to be called away from his duties to serve me. I waited 20 minutes for an item that wasn’t in the warehouse despite being informed it was. Charged for the item I didn’t collect, chasing customer service who are just as hopeless at rectifying my complaint. Avoid online ordering.

This is where we do most of our food shop being local and convenient, when I say most - It’s kinda 50/50 with the big Tesco behind, but M&S has far better quality meets and veg. Not to mention many other products that Tesco simply cannot match it on. Like their Indian selection for example.
The staff are typical M&S in that they’re smartly turned out, friendly and informative as and when required.
There is parking out the front or if full there is a multi-story above M&S which is accessed to the side-rear.
There can be youths hanging around in the area but since the stabbing a few months ago there seems to be less now.

Like you would expect it has high quality items. Cards are at the back of tills so whilst trying to pick one I had a member of staff following me, made me feel very uncomfortable they even stood over me whilst I was checking out and paying for my items. Don’t put stock by the exit if you don’t trust your customers are going to pay.
