Went to collect a parcel that was definitely there, most unhelpful staff. Went away without the parcel even though they scanned the barcode on my phone to confirm it was there. Avoid.

Has been using this shop last 7 years , recently my kids has been doing shopping and 1 particular staff member (male staff)been not giving change back (stealing money from kids in a way)to them.So I has to question him today.My 1 * review is for to make public aware of this on going stealing business.
