Nice store always plenty on shelf, however staff need a reality check and reminded that without the customer they would have no job. Several times I witnessed staff members just standing talking in the isles on there mobiles whilst customers wanted assistance. Spillages not cleaned up and several customers at a time waiting in self checkout for members of staff to finish their conversation on who had gone sick that morning and what the outcome would be to that person. I think a secret shopper or boss under cover would have a hay day walking around that store .

The food from the new yo sushi kiosk is appalling. I would go as far to say it seemed as though whoever made it, has never eaten sushi. Rice over cooked and gooey, salmon fatty, chewy and cut far too thick. I’m sure they are trying their best but the staff behind the counter either haven’t been trained or are just not very capable. I can’t imagine YO SUSHI would be pleased with the standard of food.

Lovely smell of sewers in the front of the store.
Barely any manned checkouts open, expect to queue for ages.
Automatic checkouts you say? Good luck if more than half of those are working.

Good size store offering decent variety of goods and services with ample parking. Refurbished Tesco Cafe with some options for most and nice staff once you get to know them. 👍

My friend had her purse stolen from either inside the store or in the car park, please be aware thieves operate in this store area especially in the run up to Christmas.

I enjoy shopping at Tesco church langley. There is a horse sculpture outside, Chinese Dynamic by John Mills. It has a newly decorated cafe. The shop is always clean and tidy.
The staff are warm and friendly. It's a pleasure to shop there. They are efficient, polite and helpful.
The shop carries a wide range of goods.

Very tired and dirty store. Shelves are NOT stocked well. Rather hit or miss.
