Only gave them one star as I had to ...my daughter bought a vape in there only to find the inner wrapping had been opened I took it back in only to be accused of putting an old one in it ...was the first time I'd ever been in there so I don't know where he thought I'd got an identical vape from ...rude man who probably puts old ones in new boxes and refuses to replace so you buy another one! Disgusting service and a rip off

Bought vape, coil was burnt, tasted like metal.
Arrogant owner blamed me, didn’t replace or gave money back

Staff friendly, large variety of stock, competitive pricing. And long opening hours are very convenient.

We go here often and have only had 1 problem which was a double charge on a debit card, but we was able to sort this out within a few days by communicating with who we believe to be the manager. One of the staff, Muhammed we think his name is, is a good man. Very kind

It is the second time they lose one of my parcels. I was using them as clicking and collect as they are close to my house, also I was buying something each time I went to collect a parcel (even with their expensive prices) in order to help the small companies. But as I said before it is the second time they lose one of my parcels and they blame others about it. So if you don't want your parcels to be lost DON'T use this store. It is preferable to order it into another shop even it is far away like Argos for example. I had 0 problems with Argos but the store is not near to me.

It's funny reading the reviews of missing parcels as I have just been told mine has "been refused" as they can't accept hermes even though the driver took a photo and said its been delivered... so can't accept yodel and hermes... causing me a lot of agro right now. I'll get to the bottom of it once I get an answer as to where my parcel is.

The girl working there on 20th sept in the evening was very cheerful and welcoming even though I was only dropping off a collect+ parcel, which tracking says got delivered wuthout issue btw. Please pass on my praise. Decent tunes in there too lol
