Iceland Supermarket Formby

Awful, girl on the till no manners no please or thank yous, downloaded the app as there was some great deals on but when coming to pay she said the app wasn't scanning (no point in downloading it) and when I said I'd put the things back from the app offer her face she was fuming again no please or thank yous when paying..... Manners cost nothing 😡

I find Iceland shops a bit claustrophobic. They are not very big and cram far to much in the shops . If you use a wheelchair which I do getting around the shop can be difficult

I, like many other satisfied customers, have been going to Iceland for many years. Many, like me, may have taken Iceland for granted; after all we expect a variety of quality affordable produce from them. It has become so common for me to shop there even if the "big shop" is else where sometimes.
So I have revalued my whole experience of shopping at Iceland to ask myself the question "why do I like going to Iceland in Formby?
I realised that the reason I always go there first is because:
At the till a friendly member of staff asks me " Do you want it delivered" which is free.
The spare time I gain by not having to dash home with frozen produce gives me the time to go to one of the brilliant coffee shops nearby, and meet up with a friend or read a paper.
Going to Iceland in Formby is something now I don't take for granted. Indeed, I actually look forward to going there.

Not much choice. Not as good as Farmfoods. Iceland have 10% discount on Tues for over 60s, although are up by approximately 20 %

Went there today and thought most stuff was cheaper than other places

It's convenient to wear I live its clean tidy the their staff are very pleasant and you have a good selection I love the fish fingers to be honest their own make

Shop is always clean and tidy. Always plenty of offers and stock. Staff are always polite and helpful. Thank you Iceland Formby

Great place to shop, brilliant for OAP on Tuesday 10% off. Disappointed with a few items have gone up more than 15% and they were Iceland own brands.
