Tesco Express

grumpiest staff and so unhelpful i was on time to school, and went to go buy a melted cheese roll which is priced at 35p, i wanted to buy 2 that totalled to 70p, eff line was busy to the counter so i went to the self checkout. a lady came to me and said that each roll was 70p. then took her to the rolls and showed her the prices at 35p. baring in mind that i buy 2 every day before school and all the staff know me and so does she. i then walked to the till and payed for my food and walked out the shop. the staff are so unhelpful and are not complacent at all i hope this gets dealt with!!!

It's good to have Tesco open till late but, Manger is not concerned about Covid 19 right now No mask, security Gard is shocking always smoking outside, no mask and when his friends are coming he behave like a School boy and is not concerned about anything else. When he is there you can rob the place and he would not care.

I was taken ill (have recently been diagnosed with COPD and the breathlessness can make me dizzy) outside Tesco Express Moulsham Street Chelmsford. The staff got me a chair and some water and when I felt a bit better called me a taxi. I would just like to record my thanks to everyone

A warm friendly hello and one of the best, freshest almond croissants I’ve ever had

Its a little difficult to criticise the store as it's local, open long hours and generally stocked with what I want.

The staff are always busy so the tills are rarely staffed with more than one person who if called away for a problem causes a large backlog of customers all eagerly awaiting to get on with their day.

The self scan machines are DIRE.
They frequently fail to recognise yellow labels and often ring up the full price of items that are discounted requiring a return to the back of a very long queue if you like to claim your "bargain"

I have always found the security staff to be cheerful and even helpful to customers who have a problem finding items

I ordered a whoosh delivery and it was about to be delivered then got cancelled. Uber tell me to contact the store but the store phone number isn't working, so now what?

They never answer the phone its ridiculous. I really need to get touch and found out if my parcel was delivered there 😕
