M&S Food To Go

Management are disgustingly rude to customers. No manners whatsoever. Definitely won't be shopping here ever again

Very small store. Useful for sandwiches, drinks ready meals etc. Mostly self service.

I went to make a purchase, only had cash, it was card only on self scan tllls. I asked the female assistant where do i pay cash? She wad rude muttered. "It's over there." She walked off without saying or explaining why lshe was leaving the till eaving me and 5 other customers in the queue unattended!. Another female member of staff came to the tills, started serving. When i complained about her collegues rudeness and just walking off, she also became rude, (Management).

Customer service is abysmal staff need proper training. Management need to manage this is appalling for M & S. They should have 0 stars.

Good coffee and store opening hours is a blessing for anyone staying overnight and not overly keen on hospital food.

Great sized M&S for hospital grounds. Good selection of fresh food as well as snacks and drinks.
