Iceland Supermarket Dartford

Being Autistic I am very fussy with food, and Iceland has what I need even if one thing such as the hot and spicy chicken chunks are not available. I always double up on the chicken strips or chicken popcorn (for example)

I haven't made them aware that I am Autistic as I do like to shop in peace, but I normally have my head phones in, and it quite peaceful when I go in so I am not stressed out. Staff are really friendly, but it's hard to get a slot when I go in, but I don't really mind it because I can bus it home and feel confident, too (bearing in mind most times i do it online ) Overall in general the place is great when I go into town and go in store

Just like to say a quick thinking employee today has made my day. 1 of my items was out of stock and the replacement item was also out of stock. Bread if you really have to know. This was due to a delivery issue. So rather than go without they substituted it with another loaf, breakfast was saved 👌

Just came in for salad extras but there was plenty of choice and lots of it. Plenty of cold meats etc too.

❓️⁉️They have taken the parking away from Iceland, its looks nice and better, but now its large waste of space there, should of done a little garden feature there? and seating under the trees there?. or little playing area for kids? Would be something. Dartford council. There such waste of space. Unless you know something? We don't?

Good shop with lots to choose from and lo price's and a good vegetarian selection.

Popped in here for tortilla wraps, the staff were so lovely that I was taken aback, the young lad on the till was singing quietly and happily, so helpful and cheerful. Place seemed fully stocked and clean.
I did try to order a home delivery from here recently, branching out from mybusual supermarket and they just didnt turn up, I had to fight for 2 weeks for a refund. Fortunately I wasnt in a position where I was desperate for the money back to buy food, but had I been, it would have been an awful situation.
Shop in store and avoid delivery.

Ordered from here today and only half my order turned up, I then rang 13 times with no answer, multiple times the phone was taken off the hook for a few minutes, I had to get a neighbour to take me down to the store as I don't drive, there was multiple staff in the store so no reason the phone should not of been answered, the other half of my order was sat in the store. This is not the first time I have had issues with this poor company, normally its broken/ damaged items as they just sling the food in bags with no care, safe to say I will not be shopping here again!

Ordered my elderly parents their Christmas food order because they can’t get out to the shops.
On 22nd Dec the order arrived no turkey. No alternative offered either, then after numerous calls I was told to order another type, size turkey so I did, the Oder turned up at 10:20pm and was the wrong order. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone with constant disconnections I managed to get through who said the store manager at Dartford has said the turkeys were out of stock and offered £4 compensation!
This is the last time I order food from Iceland foods!
Your “care” centre doesn’t care very much about its loyal elderly customers.
