There are a couple of older ( more mature ) female staff who are just amazing. They are so positive, polite and just lovely. They make it a real pleasure to shop in the morning on the way to work. Also it creates a good atmosphere as they chat to everyone and seem to know everyone and I think people are cheered right up to have some genuine human communication.

Disappointing recent visit where the staff are inadequately trained and discriminated against my choice to purchase alcohol. Very sad. I do not expect to patronise any further.

The staff, nearly the whole of it are kind, Mr Amos and Mrs Ann are for sure the kindest ones. The store itself is clean, they take care with products. Good.

Staff are rude sometimes times my mother who was very ill and old was spoken very abruptly to and paid for her items worried to use her club card. I hope the people are not all like that , this is a place of shop.
