Parking trap. You are allowed to park 10 min. free. After this... well... . Be careful, after shoppings you need to enter your car registration at the terminal??? Not a regular, I didn't noticed that they changed the parking rules(used to be one hour free parking before, not to mention that the signs looks prety much the same) the staff knows how to keep a secret, so they won't ask or inform you about the changes( at Supermarkets like Sainsbury's the staff will ask if you drive and you'll know what needs to be done). So I got fined for parking in a place wich is for customers only(!!!).I was lucky because like never before I kept their receipt. I made a complaint attached the receipt and eventually had my fine cancelled. They manage to ruin my holiday. By the way ,if you'll be in the same situation don't pay the fine. Call them and check the complaint procedure. Or much better aviod them. In the same area are few supermarkets so avoid the stress and keep safe.

Neglect to customers satisfactory rights in regards to it not being very advertising for the locals at all.
Greeted with miserable faces&kindly told to hurry up as you get to the tills. They stereotype you as an individual making you feel targeted in regards to 'choring' look you up and down as you just want to get on with your shop. I purchased some mouldy bread along my encounters which i only realised when i returned home!!! So completely avoid and goto hawkinge if their much better?😑

Great place to buy scrumptious little inexpensive Xmas presents. No tat or plastic this year. ONLY edibles or unguents ( look it up) so nothing goes to waste. In spite of what meta and Musk would have us believe, there is only one habitable planet.... Earth. It is fragile and precious and, I fear, unique. So look after it before it dies.

As other reviews have said below this is a terrible parking trap. Spent an hour in the shop, spent a fair amount, and then received a £90 parking fine. Will never, ever, shop here again, absolutely disgraceful.

In the current climate, where every penny counts, it is worth trying the cheaper supermarkets. We have done our shopping a few times in here, and the price difference for an overall shop is staggering! The quality of food is good too.

Awaiting a parking fine , went into shop , did not have what I was looking for,so I left , only to notice on my way out ,that you are required to punch in a number from your receipt to get free parking .won't ever use ,or recommend this place .
