The owner is a rip off, being going here for a long time. She's cut hours on a young guy who worked there for years and has increased prices. Plus the only small retailer who charges for a 5p bag that does not hold much and are not strong. This has turned into a greedy franchise and her son wears a Rolex. Greedy people, the owner who is a lady has no idea how to run business. Very very bad

Having read mr Bradley Dunn,s review which I find racist against hard working shop keepers of which the shop has been there for 42 years, opening long hours even at Christmas to cater for the local community, I find it very disturbing that mr Bradley Dunn has no idea of the facts which upon checking have no substance as all the prices are set by the suppliers. As a customer of the shop I find all the staff helpful at all times, the words “ deportation now” in his remarks are racist and will be reported to the police to chase up upon. Mr Patel works 15 hours plus and so do the staff assist everyone with equal measure to serve the local community all hours and for Mr Bradley Dunn to try and ruin a business that is been on the same site for 42 years is totally out of order and as to reporting the racist comments of deportation now I’m sure he will like his time in jail given the time to reflect on his statement.
I will continue to use the shop without been influenced by a petty minded no brain, he can be assured of a vist from the met police where he can explain himself.

Very nice staff and very friendly when trying to find the item you need. Had a very pleasant experience when buying all the goods I was looking for. Cannot fault the staff in store.

Reply- Please ask the supervisor on duty this am as I spoke to him.

Original review- Very unhelpful staff, they don’t care nor know how to provide a customer service. Very rude.

Prices at Planet Plenty are more expensive than any other shop on Wandsworth Bridge Road or the immediate vicinity, if the owner responds to refute this (which I'm sure she will) I will happily accompany her to highlight examples. It is however by far the most attractive convenience store in the area, visually and for stock a significant upgrade on what it replaced, and the staff are really friendly so it's recommended if you can afford the premium.
