I went in store today and one of the customer assistants by the name of Sam was absolutely rude and swear at me. All because I wasn't wearing a mask and even though I showed him my exemption letter. Was a terrible customer experience and people like him should by having a job.!

Many of the reviews mention customer service and I agree! The stock is also limited. I can never find what I need or their sold out! The staff are awful. I asked for eggs and get sent to the protein bars section! The only positive is location and convenience right off Oxford Street, otherwise don't bother.

A handy central location, had all the basics I needed. The self-scan tills weren't great though, would be better to have less of them and slightly more room to pack.

Very rude cashier, refused to sell a drink and refused to see ID even though it was just a energy drink, don’t go here

Very rude cashier named (Sam), he is very unprofessional, no manners, and zero customers service. I asked for a bag, he threw the bag and asked me to pack my items while he scans, although there was no customers queuing just myself. I advise the management to train him or put him under supervision. You need a better manner staff for such a high flow touristic aera. I regret spending every penny in this store, I’d rather to walk for an hour to do my grocery than a short walk to this store, very frustrating. I advise all not to go there, especially if you see that cashier Sam.

Customer service? Only one guy is the issue, the other seems to be friendly even though they speak their own language in front of others and people may misinterpreted what they say. There is one cashier, short guy which is always rude and angry and I believe someone should talk to him to understand whatever or not he wants to continue being so rude with people as first of all someone may wait outside for you just to give you an educational chat😉 or you are just going to get kicked out of sainsbury. Please review your staff as is unacceptable that this guy needs to be so rude and get paid to do so

Worst customer service ever !!! This morning there were two ladies, the rudest people i have evere seen in my life. The worst was one lady , I can't remember her name , somethink like Miliva, she accused the false and she insulted me . This is so unprofessional !! You should take action , these kind of people should not work with customers !!! Very bad bad place !!!
