Some great staff but over heard the manager being condescending to one of the staff, was very unprofessional with customers in the store.

Bar that ok selection for a small store, and great opening hours.

It's a convenience store. It's as simple as that. Some prices will be a bit higher than in the supermarket. Staff seem fine but you don't exactly need to interact with them as it has self checkout tills. Also sells fresh bread instead of the spongy not very nice pre packed bread from companies like Warburtons

Went to store this morning at 9am.
I work as a Nurse for Worcester Hospital.
The staff were absolutely. absolutely lovely so friendly and lots of food.
I live round the corner and will continue to use this store.

Honestly can't thank them enough after a nightshift seeing your friendly faces was so nice.

Items are slightly more expensive due to it being a Local Convenience Store, but the quality still remains as high as their normal Supermarket Stores & the Customer Service is great as well. All in all, a great little store with all the bear essentials you may need.

What an awful customer service I had as an autistic person.

No one manning the tills when all the self service was full, the most disinterested lacking in humanity staff I could ever have came to me, ignored my greeting of good morning gave no greeting back and talking into her ear piece the entire time whilst I struggled to pack my shopping.

After dropping my item a second time did she finally pipe up with any kind of offering of assistance.

If these are the kind of people that Sainsbury are going to hire, I suggest they make all checkouts a self checkout completely as these kind of people are really not into the job.

We got to the shop on Saturday at 23.44 and it was already closed. The lady form the staff for shutting fridges down and waving to us. Why if the shop meant to be opened to 1pm????

Handy that its open till 11pm.
Decent products with most things covered. Common sense approach regarding layout (easy to find)
Quite a busy store tbh.
