A huge upgrade from the other Lidl in Hayes. Ample varieties of all necessary stuffs. Bakery is good in assortments. Guess because it’s newly open that there’s not much employee around, the self service isle should’ve had more kiosk looking at the size of store. Parking is really good and the location also. Kudos for Lidl

Good, convenient store with good parking. It gets busy but queuing isn't too bad. Usually customers are served quickly.

Fruit and veg is good quality. Plenty of selections from the other departments as well.

It can be a bit messy, but if you can look past the mess then you'll have a good place for a quick shopping trip.

I am fed up going every morning to grab croissants or pain au chocolate, I find shelves empty ,only unwanted items displayed, soo frustrated. I am asking Lidl management team why there is problem supplying this product in this store only,no elsewhere, I hope this problem will be resolved sooner not later.

I really like this supermarket because it is very clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and always try to make customers leave the store happy! . Lidl more affordable in price compared to any other supermarket, Lidl is an unpretentious supermarket and almost always has great deals. Quality products exist, especially in the fruit and vegetable department, meat and any fresh produce . So, This store strong point are: the offers, the cleanliness and the friendliness! I highly recommend going there to do your shopping!

It's a good size, decent prices in general, however rarely any tills open, usually 1 in the day, she is a very nice person. Never have the deals from the leaflet in at least the past 6 months. Seems just a way to tempt you in under false pretences. Big downside is lack of till staff and the self service machines keep failing, leaving you waiting for someone.

It would have been five stars but but for the lack of tills. It's not customer friendly to make customers form long queues to use self-service tills, no matter how nice the Lidl's staff member helping there. Lidl's otherwise are getting better and better with the range of items they sell. Better imo than some other well-known supermarkets.

Lidl has a wide range of quality products, some are even better than well known brands. They are cheaper than the major supermarkets. On my last visit though the bakery was out of order and I've no idea how long for. Also there was hardly any milk. Plenty of parking at the Hayes Town branch. A great value for money store.

I was shopping regularly in this branch but today my experience was bad....my wife bought a pack of plastic container rack (4) yesterday and when we opened it at home we found they were damaged from inside, so thought exchanging/returning in the store today but the language of the the till guy was not acceptable, he said we have damaged it so can't exchange/return. The deputy store manager was not courteous as he just ignored our explanation. Although the cost was around £7 what matters is the Satisfaction of the customer. I request people going in this branch to check their items thoroughly before buying, however small or big they are as there are lot of opened/damaged items in this store.
