Marks and Spencer

Visited the Cambridge M&S café yesterday and would like to say that I was very impressed with the staff’s “service with a smile “and the constant cleaning regime they had put in place.
Also, we found very helpful, pleasant staff in both the store with the food hall and the other separate store. These are the standards that we appreciate and want to make us return.

My big question, when will someone fix the huge problem that they got with the air con for many years now. I feel for the staff that they have to work harder this circumstances day in a day out during years and no one does nothing at all. And for a customer is not a pleasant experience to shop there so that is one of the main reasons why Mark and Spencer don't get more customers in.
By the way, I'm talking about the clothing site in Cambridge.

Excellent customer service. Products great. Sizing is available 90% of the time.

A fairly good marks and Spencer’s and pretty convenient being in the centre of town

Went in marks in Sidney St cambridge today, passed probably 8 staff members and not one lifted there head to say good morning. Considering there were no other customers in the store its appalling. Having worked in retail for 53 years I know the importance of it. Dread ful culture

No one in store when found someone they messed up the order and couldn't be bothered

You can't beat M&S. Good clothes that are well made, look great and last. When it comes to food, M&S blow the socks off the competition. The cafe is good. Coffee served beats Costa and Starbucks. A great place to come.

Good range and prices but service was very slow and no explanation or apology given. I will think again before using the store in the future. Disappointing, have always had a good experience before.
