Do not waste your time!!!!
I went first on Saturday and the guy from the shop told me that I need to print the label myself. I showed him on the Asos app that it is written differently and I don't have printer.He insisted that I need to print.
I took the parcel to work and managed to print the label and went back today.I gave him the parcel again and he threw it back to me saying the label doesn't scan. I told him that few days ago he asked me to print the label myself, I did and it must work. He shouted No! Asked me who delivered the parcel to me,Dpd or Hermes. I tried to explain that I do not know because due to Covid I don't really see the driver much and I wasn't home to receive it myself. He told me to go to Hermes and to leave!
I kindly told him again that I really want the parcel returned and I already chose his shop as my return option. He was shouting and saying that is not his problem, and that he can take it but no receipt. I couldn't believe it!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
I asked him to be nice and to talk nicely to people in future!
As John Digby stated below it is a waste of time for both buyers and senders. If they’re not accepting orders they should be removed from Click and Collect.
I am giving one star because I cannot rate 0 for their customer service skills, professionalism and service!
I have emailed Asos and I hope they will be soon removed from their return shop list!
Not recommended at all unless you like losing your parcel.
As quite a few of the other reviews have shown when there's no respect for customers. To shorten a long story, I asked for a large plastic carrier bag 3 separate times and he didn't bother to listen and sent me to get a bin bag the first time. When I returned and again clarified I wanted a large plastic carrier bag, he ignored me, and made a mistake putting the item I originally wanted to buy in another customer's shopping bag. When I asked where my item was, he snapped and told me to go and find it, (luckily the woman who was served before noticed his mistake and return the item to me. He didn't apologise or acknowledge his mistake.) When i finally paid for me item, I again asked for a large plastic carrier bag, but he gave the smallest bag available. I then asked again and instead his gives me a medium sized bag and starts complaining. I pay him for the bag, just gets thing over and mistakenly ask for change (I thought I gave him 20p but i actually gave him 10p). I asked for the change and he starts shouting waving the 10p in front of my face, I said to him, "sorry, it was a simple mistake" and then he becomes even more aggressive, starts shouting full volume blaming me because he give the incorrect sized bag, cause i made mistake regarding the change and the fact he misplaced my item. I told him there was no need to shout but he counited be unnecessarily aggressive and not listen to reason. The man is in 50s/60s and clearly doesn't know how to take accountability, give good customer service and treat people with respect. Will not be shopping from Mira express again.
