Do not direct any parcels to be collected from this store. They just refused my parcel and it is now lost, was expensive Christmas present for my boyfriend. On top of that they were not helpful at all and did not explain why they decided to refuse DHL delivery there. Also, tried to lie that the driver was not there,. TOO BAD!

STAY AWAY. Extremely smelly inside, but nevermind that - i was told (not for the first time) my collect+ parcel won't be dealt with, because the lady was too busy! She told me she wouldn't handle it on the same day and told me to come back the following day. It is just a question of printing the label...!

rude, walked for 20 mins with a huge return box for him to tell me to come another day and leave. Didn't pick up the phone when I rang the next day as I didn't want to make the sweaty journey again. AVOID

Products are available cleanly and Good shop

The people at this shop are so nice. I went today looking for a specific type of chocolate that they didn’t have. The guy was so nice to double check with a colleague and offered to order it for me. Great to see people trying to help and being helpful!

Didn’t feel like accepting parcels when I tried to drop one off, despite the collect+ website specifying drop-off times. Couldn’t be bothered to move out of the corner, just brushed me off. Rude and unhelpful

Very good service, very polite man at the counter, the very helpful man stepped away from his counter & came to help choose my Gin and tonic, usually they are gazing at there mobile phones, Well done sir...

Excellent selection of exotic food and veg. One of the few places you can find soursop (guanabana).
