Tesco Express

The worst staff I've ever seen in a Tesco store. Except a lady who's always very efficient the rest of them aren't able to do their job. Terrible costumer service. They don't know how to deal with costumers at peak times; when it's busy a long queue will take place and the closest employee to the queue will keep placing bananas in the shelf instead of going to the till.

They have new employees every week, which aren't trained so they struggle with any problem.

There are two self checkout machines that aren't working many times, or they are just accepting cards (because they don't provide cash inside de machine).

Expect to find many empty shelfs at the end of the day as they run out of products very easily.

There's a Sainsbury's around the corner where you have the same products and where you will be much more welcome than here.

Mid size store, good produce and variety of products. Sometimes shelves are empty for a whole day..... Flowers are a bit pointless as the flower shop is just on the opposite side of the street where the variety and quality is way beyond the gas station bouquets. Staff is friendly and helpful, being next to the pub makes it very convenient for snack grabbing during the pints marathon

Racist staff all of one country SRI LANKA very racist and rude sorry Tesco you'll are going to loose many customers because of their behaviour plz transfer them or terminate them.

A few months ago, me and my partner went to the store after coming from sainsburys with milk. Now you can clearly see the big sainsburys logo on the front of the carton. But the staff came up to us, knowing full well we were regular customers following us around the shop, then asked if we stole the milk? When we showed them the receipt from Sainsburys and the logo on the carton they began to get abusive and in our faces, swearing at us and speaking in their own language shouting at us in front of other customers. Then one of the staff (tall big guy) punched my partner then ran to the back of the store hiding after throwing the full cage of food down at us) So we called the police for assault. Now if that’s the sort of staff Tesco are hiring then believe me they won’t be getting any customers coming back if they’re just allowed to assault their customers. Rude, disrespectful and racists.

I visited store a few weeks ago. I sadly won't be returning after the rude female member of staff (wearing hijab) who spoke to me rudely regarding the self service. She sits down with no mask on?? serving customers and then watches me pack my shopping as if I'm going to steal it. When I look at her she pretends to look away so childish.
