Tesco Esso Express

This is my local Express with Petrol Station :) Good location,Good range, Stock, Promotions and Variety's with Friendly and Helpful staff. :( You can wait a long time to get Petrol as Vehicles who get fuel then go into shop for Shopping and add that to queuing time to get served means slow turnover. Initial pulling into Garage from busy road is limited so a small queue for petrol and customers who come there just to use Express or cash machine cant pass to park in limited spaces. I use for Fuel and shopping but I mainly do both at same time because that is purpose of Fuel/Store combination. All it needs in an express cue just for fuel users? Pull in, get fuel, short quick queue to pay then back on the road. If you want to get fuel and shop for tobacco/Lottery/shopping then you know you have to queue inside, Not so off putting and frustrating as just fuel customers are in and out so other queue isn't running length of store. Its a Good busy store and existing customers would use more and new customers attracted if queuing and Entrance/Parking designed better?Overall my favorite Garage/Express. :).
*Lots of people feel this way and it happens all over Country, Your a good Company and House Name/Brand with good Prices/Products with Loyal/ClubCard customer base. You research and plan store locations 2nd to non, Design entrances/Deliveries better for new stores and think positive for growth and new customers as they will increase. Don't take my word it? ask local customers in stores regarding improvements and dislikes.Some things will not be practical but customers will put up with problems if they know you listen/value opinion.

Good little station. Always very busy though, access not big enough when busy, construction site just before can create traffic delays. 4 only because lack of organic or gluten free products in choices of food. Saying that staff are real gems; I wish also their senior line management would implement more robust lone working procedures to protect these great staff from abuse, violence and etc. We work to pay our living not the opposite. They have the right to feel safe at work.

Polite helpful staff. Well stocked with varied items. Really good for this type of store. Although I noticed that the express stores no longer stock cheaper items.
So great for a quick stop. Do regular shopping elsewhere.

Awful place, so slow and constant ques out the door. Half the pumps are card only which means that there's always a que for the cash pumps and the card pumps are always vacant. Worst garage I've ever used.

Absolute joke trying to pay mostly only one person behind the till with the other three loading shelves...even in the busiest times...when you ask them to open another till they look at you as if your mad

I have been using this tesco store since it was first built, and had bags packed for me here and many other shops but today I was empressed how how expertly and thoughtfully my items were slotted nto the bag. Thank you , sorry I didn't get your name to mention you personally.

Went to tesco this morning to get a few things to be told they wont be opening for another 15/20 mins as there was two staff and had to do a delivery at this point they should of been open

Looks like normal shop, I only bought a bottle of water, and it was fine
